Overview

The final webinar in this series addresses high-complexity Redo-TAVI scenarios with a focus on advanced anatomical challenges. Daniel Blackman (Leeds, UK) and Arif Khokhar (Copenhagen, DK) provide a technical review of the leaflet modification strategies required to maintain coronary access and flow.

Through expert-led case reviews, the faculty will demonstrate advanced techniques for the most challenging redo scenarios, including TAV-in-TAV-in-SAV. The session recaps essential coronary risk assessments to ensure safe outcomes in high-stakes procedures.

At the conclusion of the series, participants will be able to apply advanced procedural techniques to complex cases and manage highly challenging anatomical scenarios with greater confidence.

Key Learning Objectives

  • Assess coronary risk in Redo‑TAVI using complex anatomical case examples.
  • Select leaflet modification strategies to maintain coronary access and flow.
  • Apply advanced techniques for challenging Redo scenarios, including TAV‑in‑TAV‑in‑SAV.

Target Audience

  • Interventional Cardiologists
  • Structural Heart Specialists
  • Imaging Specialists
  • Cardiac Surgeons
