The Future of TAVR: Redo TAV webinar series showcases the latest approaches to managing redo TAV procedures. Join the first in the series where Guilherme Attizzani (Cleveland, US), Cezar S. Staniloae (New York, US) Chad Rammohan (Mountain View & Redwood City, US) and Toby Rogers (Washington, US) feature step-by-step CT case planning and valve sizing, followed by an engaging case-based discussion of redo TAV scenarios, including how different TAVR valve combinations influenced planning and outcomes. Practical insights were shared on how experts approached these cases in real-world practice.
• Expert implanters shared cases addressing common procedural and clinical best practices and tips
• Terminology, redo TAV combination considerations and planning principles were reviewed
• Precision planning focused on the role of CT in redo TAV and procedural strategies
• Future TAVR principles were incorporated when considering index TAV and redo TAV

Dr Anita Asgar is an Interventional Cardiologist working at the Montreal Heart Institute, and Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Montreal.
Dr Asgar specialises in transcatheter valve interventions, congenital interventions and cardiac MRI. She is the lead cardiologist for the transcatheter mitral/tricuspid valve program at the Montreal Heart Institute. Her research interests include the treatment and management of valvular heart disease and cost-effectiveness analysis and she is currently the Director of Transcatheter Valve Therapy Research at the Montreal Heart Institute.
Jaffar Khan
Interventional Cardiologist
Dr Jaffar Khan is an Interventional Cardiologist at St. Francis Hospital & Heart Center in Roslyn, NY. He is a leading expert in structural heart disease with a focus on transcatheter aortic and mitral valve interventions. Dr. Khan has been involved in landmark clinical trials and is recognized for his contributions to advancing minimally invasive cardiac procedures.
Clinton D. Kemp
Cardiac Surgeon
Dr Clinton D. Kemp is a Cardiac Surgeon at Sentara in Norfolk, VA. He specializes in complex cardiac surgical procedures including TAVR explant and redo structural heart interventions. Dr. Kemp is a key member of the multidisciplinary heart team and has extensive experience managing patients with failed transcatheter valves requiring surgical or repeat transcatheter solutions.
Matthew W. Sherwood
Interventional Cardiologist
Dr Matthew W. Sherwood is an Interventional Cardiologist at Inova's Structural Heart Disease Program in Fairfax, VA. He has built a high-volume practice in transcatheter structural heart interventions, with a special interest in Redo TAV and complex valve-in-valve cases. Dr. Sherwood is dedicated to advancing the field through clinical research and physician education.
